My Shadow(01/05/2022)

I walk with my shadow
not followed or guided
not complaining
not mocking
not faking
the true reflection
of myself
of my shade.
I can't find you in darkness
nor in brightness
but you are with me
in my gloomy days
in my happy days
you cannot speak nor hear
you are my true reflection
reflection of my innocent shade.

It is up to you
to believe in it or not
to accept it is to accept yourself
it can't be distinguished
based on caste or religion
no one questions
its gender or its colour
no one cares with
what it is covered with
it is beyond all worldly concepts
it is divine and its presence
is unnoticed
it cannot hurt you
but its presence can heal you.

Without smiling
without showing anger
you are always with me
to support
to love
to motivate
always as a companion
without any hesitation
travelling with me
as a true companion
to love myself
is to love my shadow
